From Skinny to strong…My Story


30 plus years ago, shhhh don’t tell a soul.... I was skinny, I was fit, I was healthy, or so I thought. But in reality I was deprived and a true junk-food-aholic. Yep, that’s right!


Here is the thing, I was never a foodie, I wasn't gifted in the kitchen, I hated anything green…oooo yuck! (of course that is different now!) But, food was just not my thing, I kept it easy and I simply got by on so called survival food and not the healthy kind.


My health suffered and I was going downhill fast. I knew I had to make a change!

So since that point with numerous fitness, nutrition and life coaching certifications under my belt, I learned, I learned how to eat and live in a way that ramped up my energy and health like I had never imagined.


I have been blessed to have worked with some of the great master minds in the fitness & wellness industry and they have directed me on the healthiest path of my life and in turn I want to share that with you.


I had to redirect my vision of myself from skinny to strong. Strong exemplified healthy, energized, and ready for just about anything. And I took all of that energy and compiled everything I learned and did to make the change for myself into a fun and easy read just for you….
